“All in the kitchen”: the summary of the recipes for the week of August 23 to 27, 2021 by Cyril Lignac: Current Woman Le MAG


He is back for our greatest pleasure! Cyril Lignac puts on his apron for a new season of his now show “Tous en cuisine”. Every evening from Monday, August 23 at 6:40 p.m., viewers will be able to enjoy chef Cyril Lignac in a brand new, original location but always alongside Jérôme Anthony.

You will find below, the list of all the ingredients you will use to prepare chef Cyril Lignac’s recipes until the end of the week, from Monday August 23 to Friday August 27. To your stoves!

Monday, August 23: Carpaccio of sardines with lemon and pink peppercorns and Fritters of sardines, tartar sauce

The list of ingredients for 4 people:

  • 12 sardines, scaled, washed and gutted
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tbsp. coffee pink berries
  • bunch of dill
  • flower of salt
  • Olive oil
  • 1 bunch of chives

The list of necessary utensils:

1 cutting board + 1 chef’s knife + 1 fillet of sole + 1 pestle + 1 mortar + 1 small bowl + 1 microplane grater + 1 citrus press

The list of ingredients for 4 people:

  • 12 sardines scaled, gutted, washed and headless
  • 150g panko
  • 1 lime
  • Neutral oil
  • smoked paprika
  • 60g cornstarch
  • 2 organic eggs
  • Fine salt, fleur de sel, freshly ground pepper

Tartar sauce :

  • 50g mayonnaise
  • 25 g Greek yogurt
  • 40g chopped capers
  • 20 g chopped green jalapeño pepper
  • 40g chopped parsley
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • 70 g chopped pickles

Tuesday, August 24: Tomato mozzarella salad and chocolate cake

The list of ingredients for 4 people:

  • 2 washed beefsteak tomatoes
  • 125g washed cherry tomatoes
  • 2 buffalo mozzarella, drained
  • 125g washed and hulled strawberries
  • 125g raspberries
  • 1/2 peeled cucumber
  • 1 lime
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 25 cl of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • Fleur de sel and ground pepper
  • white balsamic

The list of necessary utensils:

1 cutting board + 1 knife + 1 small bowl + 1 tablespoon + 1 serving dish + 1 blender mixer + 1 spatula + 1 strainer + 1 spoon + 1 microplane grater

The list of ingredients for 4 people:

  • 90g crushed dark chocolate
  • 90 g of butter + a knob of butter for the mold
  • 45 g flour for the mold
  • 60g caster sugar
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 2 organic egg yolks

The list of necessary utensils:

1 brush + 4 stainless steel circles 6 cm in diameter by 5 cm high + 1 baking sheet + 1 silicone sheet + 1 saucepan + 2 salad bowls + 1 spatula + 1 electric whisk + 1 spatula

Wednesday August 25: Préfou with fresh goat cheese and Brioche perdu, seasonal fruits

The list of ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 loaf of bread not overcooked
  • 30 g softened butter
  • 100 g of fresh goat’s cheese
  • ½ bunch of flat-leaf parsley
  • Fine salt and ground pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated

The list of necessary utensils:

1 board + 1 knife + 1 small bowl + 1 bread saw knife + 1 baking sheet + 1 sheet of parchment paper + 1 parchment

The list of ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 brioche type striker or 4 thick slices
  • 4 organic eggs
  • 1 tbsp. amber rum
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 200 g peaches in pieces
  • 12.5 cl whole milk

The list of necessary utensils:

2 soup plates + 1 whisk + 1 frying pan + 1 spatula

Thursday August 26: Hot dog with Toulouse sausages, cocktail sauce and apple crumble

The list of ingredients for 4 people:

  • 2 Toulouse sausages
  • 1 buttered brioche of 500 g
  • 1/4 shredded white cabbage
  • 1 minced lettuce
  • 1/2 green apple cut into sticks
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. old-fashioned mustard
  • Olive oil
  • Fine salt and ground pepper

Cocktail sauce:

  • 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. ketchup

Friday August 27: Cyril Lignac-style Thai soup with strawberries and figs, meringue whipped cream

The list of ingredients for 4 people:

  • 2 liters of homemade chicken broth
  • 3 lemongrass sticks
  • 3 lime or kaffir lime leaves (dried)
  • 2 fresh peppers
  • 1 piece of ginger of 5 cm
  • 2 pak choi cabbage
  • 10 small but cut into pieces
  • 4 tomatoes, washed and cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp. tablespoon red pepper paste
  • 8 tbsp. tablespoon nuoc mam sauce
  • 1 tbsp. ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp. grated garlic
  • 2 lime juice
  • 12 raw king prawns
  • 1/2 bunch Thai chives, chopped
  • A few coriander leaves
