THE RECIPE FOR SALMON CARPACCIO WITH PINK BERRIES AND LEMON BY CYRIL LIGNAC

  • 1 piece of salmon weighing 600 g without the skin
  • Olive oil
  • 2 lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. teaspoon powdered pink berries
  • A few sprigs of dill

Monday, December 27: Watercress soup with curry / Cod pies with vegetables

The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 150 g peeled potatoes, cut into cubes and boiled
