What are we eating tonight: our menu of the week at low prices from September 19 to 23: Current Woman Le MAG

Creating a menu for the week helps to avoid waste. And yes, because you buy only what you need for your recipes. It’s also ideal when you don’t necessarily know what to cook when you get home from work. We therefore offer you 5 recipes to make for your evenings from Monday to Friday. On weekends, finish the leftovers. Are you a vegetarian? In this case, adjust the recipes by replacing meat and fish with vegetable alternatives. And if you don’t have time to cook during the week, prefer batch cooking during the weekend.

Here are 5 ideas (prepare in less than 30 minutes and cook in less than 15 minutes, or vice versa) to be made with seasonal and inexpensive products. And yes, because we share with you recipes whose cost does not exceed €16, or €4 per person. To your stoves!

  • Tuna and red onion pie recipe

Cut 2 tomatoes into rings then peel and slice a red onion. Brown it in 1 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil. Remove it from the pan and quickly sweat the tomatoes in it. Crumble the tuna from a can of natural tuna, salt, pepper and sprinkle with oregano. Then cook, covered, over low heat, for 5 minutes and then another 5 minutes uncovered, over high heat, moving the pan to the heat source. Transfer to a plate, add a drizzle of olive oil and serve.

Pour the rest of the broth ladle by ladle as the rice absorbs it: allow about 20 minutes of cooking. Adjust the seasoning.
